Who's That Girl - I have to say that this is one of those movies that ARE so bad it's good. This always strikes me as being Madonna's Under The Cherry Moon. Body of Evidence - I didn't think this was that bad of a movie... If it hadn't been a Madonna movie it would probably have some sort of cult following. Next Best Thing & Swept Away - I think both of these movies are perfectly fine. Certainly, I wouldn't go so far as to call them 'art' or worthy of awards but there's a lot worse crap out there... Evita & Dick Tracy - These movies had several problems but Madonna was not one of them, imo. I'm Going to tell you a Secret - Not really what I'd consider a normal "movie" so I won't rate it the same way... hmmm,I think 'Who's That Girl' is excellent.'Body Of Evidence' is bad,but if you don't take it too seriously,it's actually alot of fun to watch.It's one of those "so-bad-it's-good" type movies.The sex scenes are over-the-top,lol.'Evita' is great and Madonna was amazing in it,but I can't bring myself to watch it very often...it's too long and boring at times.I have to be in a certain mood to appreciate it (I feel the same way about the 2-CD soundtrack).'Dick Tracy' was saved by Madonna's performance,imo. How come nobody mentioned 'Truth Or Dare'? Does that count?  | |

Dick Tracy was entertaining.
Who's That Girl? was kinda cute BUT....Swept Away really s_ _ked! "Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive."

'A League Of Their Own' is pretty good.I've said it before and I'll say it again: Madonna is a good supporting actress.She usually does okay in the films where she is just a team player,instead of the film's star.Too bad her ego doesn't allow her to take smaller roles. | |
