what, "29"?
yeah, i've had it for about a month now pretty good album, although i haven't had enough time to listen to it all the way through. been to bussy with work and other cd's i had kicking about. but the first impression is good. it's more to my taste than the country album he did before this one. not that it wasn't good, it was really good, but just not my cup of tea. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

yeah, i just picked it up tonight. it was just released today here in the states. there was a previous thread about 29, a week ago or so, ago. i think folks had mentioned that they had downloaded advanced copies.
i think it is a strong album. 29 is a great song. and nightbirds is just beautiful. i, like istenszek, will need a while to listen to it to fully digest it. but from what i've heard so far, it really confirms that ryan can write songs. ------------------------------------------------

I've got it for a couple of weeks now, it's good. I must say that I prefer Cold Roses over this one, but it is still good. Ryan Adams is a singer/songwriter who has yet to release a bad song.....it is unbelievable how prolific this guy is at such a young age (29) with such steady high quality material. Also given the fact that he's a half a junky, I wouldn't be surprised if he will not live to be 40.....let's hope this will not happen!
