I bet you Funkadelic

This song is one of my favorites by funkadelic. Old George knew how to put the stank on it. this is one of his earliest funk classics. I wonder was this song popular when it was first released in 69.

didnt' know (Theresa Lindsey) done it. Never heard of her. I figured it would when J5 done it. I like Funkadelics better. Never heard of the orginal version tho.

It was done first in 1966 by Theresa Lindsey

on Golden World Records biggrin

Produce by: Geo-Si-Mik, which consist of George, Sidney Barnes & a third person

whose name, I can't remember..lol

She co-wrote it with George & Sidney....

Very danceable tune...Motown-ish like...

Reminds me of Mary Wells....

Found it on a import album... wink
