Guys seriously if you remember the 2004 Grammy's he performs "Give up the funk" (i think its called that) with Parliament Funkadelic and in the middle they sing a similar hook which is a bit longer but i can't make out all the words  No Freestyling. | |

the song you heard was called "tear the roof off" and in the middle they say "we gon' turn this mother out...." is that the one you're thinkin of? you're not far off either way 'cause george is the author of thangs like "no head, no backstage pass", "nappy dugout", "you scared the lovin outta me"...
