How about "Anna" - The Beatles The song is called 'Anna (Go to him)' and it was covered by The Beatles - (February 11, 1963), as well as by Roger McGuinn and Humble Pie. Morphine was da bomb...too bad about their singer... in 1994, I think, there was an interview of the late Mark Sandman on a french program, he said that Prince was his hero, that he dreamed of a collaboration with him & that he would be happy just to shake his hands... I recommend everyone the Morphine album "Cure for Pain", a masterpiece ( a mix of jazz, funk & rock). | |
