Second of all, who cares what other people think about the music as long as you like it? Yes, I know it must be hard being the only Peas fan on here, since I'm one of the few hardcore Janet fans left on the org. But I don't take people's comments about her as insults. i think if people know how to make good beats and can hold listeners' attention with catchy/fun/funny lyrics, why not? every song doesn't have to be 'bohemian rhapsody' or 'axis: bold as love' and every album doesn't have to be 'ok computer' or 'abbey road'. in fact, sometimes it's refreshing to hear something that's just dumb, simple and catchy as hell. | |

thats true...but when i was growing up...me and all the cats i knew were down with prince and the time...and we all wanted to play as well as them...and we spent evenings watching videos of them and figuring out chords and sounds...thats a far cry from todays kids trying to get a litle BLING legally or illegally...while looking up to pop stars on mtv with ZERO musical ability...but things change i guess...  | |
