Prince for Mayor? N.Y. has Mayor Bloomberg and he is a rich Businessman. At one time Howard Stern wanted to be Mayor. Italy had Chiccolini a Porn actress. So I say this Why shouldn't Prince run for Mayor of Minneapolis? He' be great and just wait his whole CREW would also be on his team. Great for someone in control don't you think? | |

Prince may not have the best business sense, but I think he's way to smart to want to be mayor.
Besides, as much as he guards his privacy, I doubt he'd want that much attention on him. | |

Actually, Prince did run for mayor of MPLS back in the 80s. He had purple Vote for Prince buttons and bumper stickers. He didn't get the vote because he didn't have a platform to stand on.

DUDE P and his people can't organize an 800 person celebration, let alone a city! could you imagine ? "Yes, we did say trash would be picked up weekly, but if you read at the bottom of your bill, ALL EVENTS R SUBJECT 2 CHANGE...we'll get there when we feel like it" Now, a P-song could be the theme for MPLS and if we have a Mary Tyler Moore statue, we should have a Prince one...but Mayor?? ummm no thanks, I'll pass  | |
