I was wondering is anyone familiar with this band. I know they had this one song called "Can you remeber the rain" of something similiar.

the group name sounds familiar, but i just can't place the song. Maybe i seen it on a 45 or something.

"Love Jones" that you are talking about was by Brighter Side Of Darkness. There was also another "Love Jones" (same title, different song though) by Johnny "Guitar" Watson.

Yes it was a beutiful song. I heard on the radio. when I was living in Mich on Sunday night they played the old school R&B on this r&b station power 107. FM.
They had a remake Does your mama know about me? That song originally came out in 1968 by Bobby Taylor. I had that song on a old school compilation c.d. I like remeber the rain better.
