Anyone here knows Tokyo Overtones really well?

I just stumbled onto their first album and I kinda like it. It's like a more melodious Editors.

I like the new new wave bands doing all the bassy Joy Division/Interpol-angle...

This band has a singer I like lots...

Well, normally I would go into allmusic, but they have NO listing...

hmm

It seems they are based in France (as most google-hits have French texts), but they do not SOUND French. The names of the band members are VERY French. They sing in English and their music is very Editors/Interpol, but a bit more melodic.

They are not GREAT, but okay. I kinda like 'm, like I kinda like Editors. I am just trying to find out some more background info.
