Sicne it has so many young boys there [Edited 12/7/05 6:50am] Sorry, I know i'm going to get flamed, but I have to come out of lurking and ask you guys something. Why is MJ brought up so much on here? I lurk on the MJ boards also and I swear you guys mention MJ more in 1 day than they mention Prince in 3 years. To me, you guys going on and on about him makes him look like the shit. You guys do to MJ what MJ fans do to Elvis and The Beatles. I just don't get it. The guy is supposed to be washed up, but everybody keeps attacking him. Sorry for the rant. It's just all this MJ bashing is so hypocritical to me.

And, it definitely takes away from the idea that the TRL kids are voting a 47 yr. old on to the countdown religiously. The voter is certainly used by other fanbases, but as you said the Madonna fan was a twit to post it in the middle of a message board. Anyways, I am a happy user of that voter. If radio won't support madonna then i'll just manipulate TRL and expose her new material through that route. It seems to work well too, becuase it generated sales to bring her in the top 10.So if radio doesn't want to promote her upcoming singles, i'll just use the voter and bring it to the top of TRL. If that's seen as cheap, than fine. I'm not obsessive, i can have it run on my machine while i'm at work and if it means a higher position for my main bitch than fine. Britney and Kelly Clarkson's fans found out about it and apparently reported it to MTV and nothing has happened so they probably don't care. They know she deserves top slot. I'm sorry but if every fanbase had those automated voters wouldn't we see more variety for the top spot? Cheating is cheating and you can't justify that w/ assumptions. You assume that other fanbases do it, and that's why you do it.
