I'm seeing U2 tonight :) I bought tickets back in January for one of the May shows in Boston, but needed to trade on Craig's List due to a medical emergency - I'm finally going tonight

Incredible show! I will post a review later (just starting work, so I should actually do something before spending time on the review). The setlist below, from U2.com (it's great that they post these the day after every show), doesn't do it justice - Bono also threw in Norwegian Wood in addition to Instant Karma, and threw in lyrics from several songs into other tracks - The Hands That Built America, Rock The Casbah, and how about Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) into Beautiful Day?!?! The one Boston loved most was throwing the Red Sox victory song Dirty Water into Vertigo ("I love that dirty water... oh, Boston you're my home!")
From U2.com: 05.12.2005 All I Want for Christmas is Boston The Christmas spirit was in Boston tonight as Bono invited Santa and Elvis on stage and revealed that his wish list included 5million people signing up for the ONE campaign and...a train set for Edge. Here's what they played, more news on the way. City of Blinding Lights Vertigo Elevation Gloria Still Haven’t Found Beautiful Day Original of the Species Sometimes You Can’t Make it on Your Own Love and Peace or Else Sunday Bloody Sunday Bullet The Blue Sky Miss Sarajevo Pride in the Name of Love Where the Streets have No Name One Until the End of the World Mysterious Ways With or Without You Crumbs From Your Table Instant Karma Yahweh 40

You'll have to go again and see if they'll do it just for you babe

Wow, I'm so jealous that they did 'Crumbs From Your Table' in Boston. That was at the top of songs I would've died if they'd played.
Oh well, glad you loved the show. Cant' wait for your review. I'm the first mammal to wear pants.
