i just saw a clip of Beyoncé's tribute to Tina Turner at the Kennedy centre; and her mic went completely out. someone had to rush on stage and change mics for her.

Jon Secada falling through the stage, getting stuck up to his chest and continuing to sing... what a true performer.

Patricia Manterola eating shit when she slipped...
latin singer/actress. she was doing a show a few days ago, and while walking across stage slipped so hard that her feet were above her head. you could hear the fall it was so hard.

Betty Boo dropping her mic on stage at a concert in Australia she was lip syncing.

the guy from one of those grunge bands throwing the guitar in the air and having it land on his head. ouch!!! sorry can't remember who it was.

I'm not an expert on it but Vh1 aired the concert a few years ago. From what I remember it was a big concert in the late 60's with alot of acts that went to it. The Hells angels were hired as guards (good call). So you got hippies and bikers. Early on during the day a hells angels was threatening to beat up one of the members of Jefferson Airlpane. So as you watch the concert there is a black guy wearing a green jacket and a funky hat on the left hand side who was killed. The vh1 special I think was called gimme shelter. At the end of the gimme shelter concert you see a guy editing the film and shows a young mick jagger the killing in the crowd, Mick was upset of course. Hope that helps.

A friend of mine saw Rick James in the early 1980s. She said Rick was behind a screen with two girls so you could only see their shadows. Express Yourself again and she gets something in her throat and starts coughing in the mike but also the back up track is playing so she is coughing over the track... it happened so fast the sound man didn't catch it and turn off her mic.

Her band and back-up singers tried to drown her out!

The only screw up worse was Elvis presly's daughter singing live on the Today show. She is also tone deaf.
