Frank Sinatra

Who just absoulutely adores this man? Today I got too lucky.. not having to be in work until 2pm this afternoon. Sunday with Frank. Or better yet called Sunday sounds of sinatra. I could be in a very suicidaly depressed mood or angry and his music always brings my spirits up. Always has even from a small child. Who else simply adores frank?

ME, ME woot!

Frank was the best. The voice, the songs, the arrangements, together it`s pure heaven. I prefer his 70s songs, the reprise years. You should hear a song called "cycles", if just for the lyrics.

I bought this a while ago, it was VERY expensive, but i don`t regret it at all:

frank sinatra was the ultimate "man's man". he played by his own rules. he stood up for his friends. what he did for sammy davis jr.,i.e.rufusing to perfrom in las vegas if sammy was not allowed in the casinos was awesome. his vocal style was so mellow. i read his "unauthorized biography".advised: check it out.."he did it his way". nod

Frank was Da Man.

If you want to hear some great music check out "Sinatra At The Sands" With Count Basie's Band with Quincy conducting.

It's like Jill St. John in "Diamonds Are Forever" - Too Sexy.

If you want to read some kewl stuff about Mr. S Read the Taraborelli bio.

"My Fathers Daughter By Tina Sinatra.

And "My Life With Mr. S" By George Jacobs.

And those who don't drink remember what Frank said: "I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When you wake up in the morning that's as good as you're going to feel."

It's better than the crappy remake. The only reason I could watch the remake was because Brad Pitt was in it wink
