HORRID SONGS WE LOVE!

You know, the kind of songs that make other people roll their eyes. I have an extensive 70's and 80's collection of songs also containing Barry Manilow and Phill Collins.

But the song I want to especially mention is RIO, by Maywood. They are Dutch sisters who had a few hits in the 70's that can make me utterly happy, even the song indeed is corny. Fuck that. If Abba can be revered, then why not Maywood. Even though they just had two hits, really.

Hurry for Maywood!

boxed I recall owning this album, and thoroughly enjoying it. "She's got Bette Davis Eyes." lol

And I recall playing this LP to death at one point in my life:

I have a pretty complete collection of Enya's CD's too boxed (Don't plan to buy the new one though...I listened to some of it and it sounded just like the last album, I don't need two copies of that!)

Anxiety

I can't help it. I heard "Golddigger" over Thanksgiving break and I thought it was both the stupidest song I'd heard since "My Humps" and the catchiest song I'd heard since...um..."My Humps". Which, by the way, is another hideous song I can't help but like.

But the word "like" seems like such a wrong word.

"Good Question's" first album. I think it is the BEST thing to come out of Paisley Park(including Prince's stuff). I know no one will agree with me.
