I'd start out w/ THe Best Best of Fela Kuti. In addition to all the grooves, the liner notes are very extensive. Gives lots of background on the motivation behind the songs, as well as insight into the political climate that helped create them. | |

My fav right now is "Water No Get Enemy". Now that I listened to both discs I'm def going to be playing this for a long,long,long time.
