Just give Paligap time to find this thread; Slave is his favorite group  They're great, and this is one of their best singles. Arrington does have a very distinctive singing voice, and the pairing of his voice with Starleana Young's is even sweeter music.

OMG! Finally, there's ppl who appreciate Slave and about time too!
They were real Funk as far as I'm concerned! "Just A Touch" is still a jam but when U got "Snap Shot", "Steal Your Heart", "Slide" (MONSTER GUITAR SOLO!), Stay In My Life", "Thank You" et al, It just makes me wanna take my Bass guitar out and play! Hell the band I play Keys with my bro' in, we named our band "Stone Jam"! Definitely proves that with the exception of Phil Collins, drummers can be lead singers too.
