it seems like there is a jump even from Thriller to Captain EO,
or We Are The World for that matter.

Captain EO was filmed in August 1985. In the rehearsal footage he looks extremely different to how he does on screen. He was absolutely caked in make-up on set, yet in dance rehearsals he's much darker skinned, although he does have two noticeable white splotches on his cheeks.

you know what the weird thing is though? his nose is always changing, and i dont mean gradually, i have photos of him during thriller where his nose looks as thin as it is now, but then others a couple years later where it looks bigger. same with the bad era, some photos look like he has the same nose as thriller, then others it looks, again, as thin as it is now. i really think it depends on the angle of the photo.

There's only one explanation. He had it totally chopped off in 1979 and has used a different one every day for the last 26 years

this is interesting..i remember as a child that I was confused. I thought the MJ in thriller was different from the MJ who did "smooth criminal" and "bad". I thought that they were two different people with the same name and also I believed the MJ the child star was the same person as the MJ who did Thriller, but I thought that he had died and this other person who appeared in "bad" was like his brother or something, I just didn't believe that they were the same person...that is until i got older and understood what the word "plastic surgery" meant.

Ya'll might say that i was a weird child by thinking this way, but MJ had fucked with a lot of kids minds, including myself, just by changing his appearances so frequently...

That looks like a better version of Janet's nose now. It's those strange triangular nostrils *sigh* Looks like hey've just been snipped with a pair of scissors.

God, I'm so shallow to be analysing this at this time.

See, I could have thought about it like that, but I never paid attention to it that much. It just never crossed my mind as a young kid and I accepted it all at face value. I remeber being just 6 years old and running to an MJ display in a music store and seeing Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad laid out together and I have no idea why I never asked questions about it.

and i really think thats why people have such differnt opinons on what hes had done. it really does depend on what photos you look at. me, im a fan so i have thousands and thousands of photos of him on my computer, so thats why i really feel my opinon is say more valid then some casual person who sees a photo of him when little compared to now and think hes had 50 surgerys done. oh and im NOT saying mines RIGHT, but that i have a bit more knowledge then the random person who doesnt know anything about michael and only see the msot famous photos of him
