Hip hop heads.....Talib Kweli RIPPED it on sunday!!! Just wanted to drop a quick note, Jean Grae, Pharoahe Monch and Talib Kweli tore the roof off the club on sunday. Talib had people from the crowd up on stage breaking while he was freestyling behind them, DOPE!!!

im not so sure.beautiful struggle wasn't ALL bad. Def. not his best album though. The new CD is F R E S H ! ! ! you can listen to the whole thing on his myspace page if you want to hear it before you buy it man. | |

How was Pharoahe? I keep hearing good things about him but have never heard anything by him. Oh, and Talib was just here in Vegas and was the highlight of a 2-day music festival. There was also another guy called Beans who was pretty tight as well. | |

Dayum the day I made it to the box office to cop my tickets....they were sold out...at the House of Blues here in San Diego on Nov 5...still kickin myself. I am not African. Africa is in me, but I cannot return.

Pharoahe RIPPED it also!! I'm telling you, the whole show was great. The mic levels were a little high, but that was on the club, not the performers. Pharoahe is an incredibly talented emcee, listen to some other things from him other than Simon Says, and you will be impressed. | |
