I have to admit, I like it when some of the pop girls are kinda meaty. I always liked Beyoncé's body (although that pidgeon toed photp-op posing of hers WORKS my nerves, somebody needs to teach that child how to stand properly), but realistically by the time she's in her mid 30's, she'll probably be BIG AS HOUSE! But that's okay. We grow older, our bodies change and expand...and if we don't like looking at ourselves that way, then there's always The South Beach Diet (and that's some GOOD assed food to get skinny to, actually!)

I don't really watch awards shows anymore but I did catch some snippets...

I love Mariah and I don't mind her size she just needs to dress in something a little more flattering for her body type. But hey, that's Mimi. If Andre Leon Talley couldn't help her she'll probably never change. Some stars are just eternally tacky.

Pharrell is gonna force that bland song on us whether people want to hear it or not. The only highlight was watching Gwen dance awkwardly.

I only caught the end of the show. Annie Lennox looked great. The Stones feed had a horrible, muddy mix and the song they performed from A Bigger Bang was really weak.

After seeing Sheryl Crow last night, I was curious about her height, so I googled it. The official line seems to be 5'3 1/2. She's gotta be more petite than that, no?

I haven't watched this show in years & I was flippin channels last night in time to see Hillary Duff "sing" Beat of My Heart. Repeat that line about a couple dozen times & that's the song.It was painful to watch & hear.Today's pop music-

These awards shows get worse each year. I tried to watch but flipped over to the Amazing Race. I actually fell asleep before I could see Santana and the Stones. Most of the other performers didn't interest me in the least.

The performances were predictable and not over exciting. The reaction from the crowd to Pharell and Gwen was appalling. How can they stand and cheer so loudly after such a terrible song? It boggles my mind! Lindsay Lohan - what the fuck is that all about. She can't sing a note and she looks 10 years older than she really is. Disgusting.

I know I'm getting old because I now know what good music is. Believe me, there was very little of it last night.
