I just saw McCoy Tyner in Amsterdam!!! Hey rainbow Kidz...I'm here in Amsterdam judging the Cannabis Cup, and I happened upon McCoy Tyner and his trio with Joe Lavano st the Concertgebeuw....What a treat. There is no other living pianist like McCoy. Occupy Alphabet Street!

You are one lucky so-and-so. 
I tried to find a photo that captured this man's intensity. Finally realized the closest I would come might be a photo I have on my office wall... 
...and even that doesn't do him 100% justice. 
Pure fire. But then you'd have to be to play with Elvin Jones and John Coltrane.
