joe cocker's version of the beatles "with a little help from my friends", still brings me to tears. maan,somethin about the way joe does it is just so fuckin emotional that you can't help but be moved to tears...in the immortal words of our hero, if anybody out there knows what i'm talkin bout lemme see ya raise your hands....

Best appearance was SNL and best COMEDIAN JOHN BELUSHI.....Joe COCKER is COOL.

I haven`t that one, but i know "bye bye blackbird", from the "with a little help from my friends" album. It`s the best version of this beautiful song. Just listen when he sings the line "No one here can love or understand me..."

i'm gonna get that album next chance i get on your suggestion here. but really u gotta hear that song 'cause it's the most i swear.... u might remember this song as the theme to the 80's tv show "the wonder years", which is where i 1st heard it. there's even an instrumental version on the closing credits of the show which i've always thought is absolutley beautiful.

That song has such inspiring words, but i doubt it can top Chaka Khan`s version. It seems like he has a lot of feel-good songs.
