2Pac wasn't only about violence. He addressed the reality of violence in the black community instead of ignoring it. By doing this he pulled in people living that same lifestyle. Once he did that he gave them songs with a more positive outlook. You have to let kids know you can relate to them before you can get them to listen to you. I'm younger than all of you so I guess I understand 2Pac's importance more than you.

chunky....

you're talking to those who really don't care for hip hop PERIOD and those who then would especially not like "gangsta rap".

I think he was a misguided, confused brutha who WASN'T as ghetto as he would have like the world to view him and used "thug life" as a way to make money. But I do think he was more than some idiotic rapper.

In The Depths Of Solitude

I exist in the depths of solitude pondering my true goal trying 2 find peace of mind and still preserve my soul constantly yearning 2 be accepted and from all receive respect never comprising but sometimes risky and that is my only regret. a young heart with an old soul. how can there be peace how can i be in the depths of solitude when there r 2 inside of me? this duo within me causes the perfect oppurtunity 2 learn and live twice as fast as those who accept simplicity.

tupac

and Vainandy, over and over we see "singers" like Madonna who may also think rapping is easy and yet they do it horribly including Prince.

And I love to see them fail at it. Maybe that will make them leave it alone and stop selling out to it. lol
Andy is a four letter word.
