*NEW* Janet song leaked "Speed it up"?

Anyone heard the clip of this track "SPEED IT UP" that has been doing the rounds today that is supposed to be Janet's new single?

The track sounds like a Rich Harrison production from Amerie's album, sounds a bit like POPS UP also.
