TWISTED SISTER/ALICE COOPER - LONDON 6/11

I went to see Twisted Sister and Alice Cooper last night at Wembley Pavillion... they ROCKED!!! Twisted Sister came on at 7pm sharp and blasted into thier set - Dee Snider is a fantastic showman and really knows how to get a crowd going! worship and I'll also say his voice is awesome live! probably the highlight of thier set was "We're not gonna take it" every single person I reckon in the whole place was on thier feet throwing thier fists in the air headbang it's the first time I've ever seen a "support" act get an encore worship

then... Alice worship what can I say? from the moment he started with "Department of Youth" all the way through some of his best known and favourite tracks he had the crowd on thier feet woot! he ROCKED!!! my fave Alice song is "Poison" followed by "Schools out" so those two were my fave's alongside "only women bleed" (which was FANTASTIC to hear live)

headbang

anyone else there last night can add to this?

Hey Natisse,

I only just spotted this thread! One of my mates is actually going to see Alice Cooper in Cardiff tonight! According to him, Dee Snider almost pulled out until he was guaranteed they'd get the same length of time on stage as Alice - even though they're the support??! lol

So... did he behead Paris Hilton as I read?

falloff

I gotta say, I'm not exactly a fan of Alice's music but he always cracks me up. I saw him on a (serious) discussion programme the other day and he always talks more sense than half the 'experts'. nod

Sounds like a crazy night. lol
