Burning Question About a 70's Rock Band (And Please Don't Laugh at Me - LOL) I was wondering if the band Ohio Player is the same band as Player, or are they two different bands? I was thinking that perhaps the band had a name change over the years (the same way Prince changed his name, along with Jefferson Starship/Jefferson Airplane, as well as possibly some others). Can anybody tell me, since this is something that I've been wondering about. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

that's like comparing j-lo to aretha franklin. (although Ronn Moss (Ridge Forrester on The Bold And The Beautiful) was in Player.

 @ the Whitney Houston quote (I always crack up when I hear her saying that). Thanks for the clarification, I didn't think they were one in the same, but I did learn just recently that Ronn Moss (the bass player) was in The Bold and the Beautiful.  RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |
