it was great tho! i didnt see it all (fell asleep a bit after alicia performed)but the highlights for me were:
george snoop and crew the luther tribute (john legend was hot!) new edition/bobby (they were on fire!) rkelly (i was trying soo hard not to groove - but it felt so good!) ewf ll cool j all the flashbacks were nice Yesterday is dead...tomorrow hasnt arrived yet....i have just ONE day...

I caught some of it and the George Clinton piece was so hard to watch. Brotha sounds awful but the band was tight and I even have to give Snoop props too. I'll even give props to R. Kelly. That was a good performance he gave. N.E and Bobby were excellent. If only performers today were even half as good as them I'd be happy. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |
