Jackie, Randy or Marlon ? Which Jackson brother had the best late 80's Album.
Marlon's Baby Tonight came out around July 87, (a little before BAD and rigt after Control). He had a hit single with Don't Go [#2 RnB] and his LP went Gold. Jackie's came out in 1989 called Be The One. He had a couple of RnB charting hits but nothing like Marlon. Randy's came later on October 4th titles Randy & The Gypsys. I don't even think his LP charted but out of the three, it is my favorite. PRINCE: Always and Forever

Love Don't Wanna Leave is a J5 track isn't it?, I didn't know it was a Jackie Jackson song.
I don't think the solo albums by Jackie, Randy or Marlon were released in the UK as I can't even find catalog numbers for them.

Jackies is more midtempo funky pop (?) and marlon goes uptempo alot of the time (yes!). both are good in places. Jackies album is very upbeat. "we're supposed to have fun"

I missed Jackie's first album. The second was okay. I loved the song Cruisin' and he had a duet with former Ms. America, Suzette Charles. Still love Wait on the Victory album. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off
