Anxiety	bessie smith would be a great casting choice for her...heck, she could do a movie about billie holiday that would put diana ross to shame...at least the casting would be more appropriate.

agree on the first part...but have we seen latifah pull off a serious role yet? i thought her part in Set it Off wasnt convincing enough...She was wonderful in Living Out Loud but that role was close to who Latifah is.

never heard her jazz album hmm

but i was listening to "just another day" last week and it still is pretty tight.
