I'm sure this has been posted sometime before, but I thought it was kind of funny, and ridiculous in some cases. Or just boring.

I haven't waded through everything of course, but I like the commentary above each rider. The Rolling Stones' rider is pretty extensive. 6 pages long.

It's amazing what they get on top of their pay. I'm in a band and I'd take the food, water, wine & backstage space with no money at all!

Of course, why not ask for it if they'll give it to you?

I find it weird that the rider lists NPG men and NPG women seperately. I mean I know they have different dressing rooms, but the men get Powerade, chips, and chocolate, and the women get fruit and rice milk.

I'm sure it's what they all requested, but it just looks funny.

Speaking of weird requests, my dad said that Neil Diamond was the strangest performer they ever had there. His demand was that NO ONE look at him as he walked down the corrider to the stage. Everyone had to turn their heads away as he passed by.

The it's funny how the whole Van Halen brown M&M thing got blown out of proportion, when that was just a joke and a test to see if people were reading the rider closely.
