Gwen McCrae The last tour Soulpower put on for Gwen McCrae in June was a smashing success, so we'll bring her back this November once more. Get ready for a hot show as usual ... and we'll put out Gwen's first live album "Gwen McCrae -- Live at New Morning" (recorded in Paris in June) right on time for the tour. Of course including her hits "Funky Sensation", "Keep the fire burning", "All this love that I`m giving" and "Rockin' chair".

"90% of Me is You" another hot one Yeah, Gwen is one of the most sampled female vocalists in hip hop history ... we get a lot of requests from hip hop artists who wanna work with her, so stay tuned for a lot to come. Good thing is, the lady still has the same power as back in 75 and she looks like she`s in her late 30s. "90%" is my personal favorite and it`s on the new live album as well ... | |

funky sensation is the jam! does anyone know where I can find this track? either on a compilation or one of her albums?
what is her other stuff like? are they more or less like that song? if so, i have to check it out cuz that song is badass! | |

I have the full length "Funky Sensation" on two different CD compilations, but yeah both are out of print.
