with so much rhythm in him and his music he could been real great guitar player.
to mee he seems that he loves guitar,because i saw him playing air guitar many times.
also is michael jackson friend with slash,they colaborate for more then 10 years?

He sure seems to love the electric guitar coming up with cool rythm parts like in Don't stop til you get enough and also giving space to long solos on his tours for Jenifer Batten and guest artists like Slash and Eddie Van Halen. And in the J5/Jacksons days there were actually quite alot of congas solos (from Randy), drum solos, and guitar solos (Tito trading with back up guitar players).

It's hard to dance well while wearing a guitar.

DOes MJ play any instruments? Maybe piano. I don't recall ever seeing him play one...ever.

I use to want him to play guitar. I'd imagine him sitting on a stool singing Human Nature. Thought it would be a nice addition as he matured--you know it's nice to bring something new to the performance factor every now and then. But all while I was hoping for MJ it was Madonna who surprised me. So kudos to her. As for MJ...I gave up on that dream awhile ago.

I've seen Michael play the guitar twice.*no not just air guitar*lol. Once during The Jacksons era and during Dangerous era.

Mike can play instruments, just because he dosen't play dosen't mean he can't play.

He started out with percussion/drums. He can also play keyboards, bass guitar and guitar.

teddy reiley {?} confirmed that mike plays piana, and other insruments.

he said mike says he wont play them in front of audiences till hes too old to dance.....

I heard he plays Skin Flute pretty damn good. But he tends to like the "newer" flutes to blow on.
