I was really disappointed with the new Foo Fighters album. In fact since Pat Smear left they've not been the same, ditto for the original drummer. I absolutely loved the first two albums but thought the two that followed were really really poor. In Your Honour is an improvement but it should no way have been a double, especially in the format it's in. You're either battered by rock or bored by way too many bland accoustic tracks. Should've been a 13/14 track single album. All respect to Dave but his band aren't versatile or talented enough to pull of the "classic" double album trick. Foo Fighters rock, and they do it hard! | |
