B-52's update This is taken from the News section on their site. I have been wondering what's been up with them. They are supposed to be working on a comeback album.
October 17 , 2005 • The B-52's "Pump" up "The L Word" - Old news for some, but I finally got the ok from all involved to post that the B-52's will appear on a 2006 episode of "The L Word" performing a brand new song! The B's will unveil "Pump" on an episode to be aired around May 2006 (don't hold us to this date). The song won't appear on the show's soundtrack, but the band hopes to be able to release the song via digital download. The appearance is sure to light up primetime, so keep an eye out as the date approaches for more info.

Any mention of a new album? Come on, it's been like 13 years now. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.

Their last album with Cindy Wilson included was on 1989's "Cosmic Thing"!
1992's "Good Stuff" was only Fred, Kate and Keith.

I just did a performance with them in August. Had to dance onstage with them. I talked a bit w/ Fred and Kate was vert sweet. She wanted her picture taken with all of the dancers and gave us her e-mail to send them to her. I haven't even seen the photos yet though because a friend has them on her camera. I hope they still have it!
