that's where the Edge learned his shit as well as others.


I feel Lou and the rest deserve "royalties" from the clones 4 life.
In fact, IMO they r the most influential band of all time.

They are the classic garage band with class. Those that have been in bands or have seen "bands" that never gigged envy what VU did.

Also, Lou was right there with Lennon, Bowie and the rest for that period as a solo artist.
Latter on came New York as a work of art.

I cna easily say that without Velvet Underground there would never have been a Punk, Post-Punk, New Wave or Alternative.
