What does doing The Work mean to you?

I'm doing The Work right now... wait, no I'm not. I'm loitering @ Prince.org. Silly me...

The Work is just another corporate logo. Free your mind.

I think "The work" could mean a lot of things...seeking the truth from the corporate world and finding ways to resist from it, resisting propaganda from the media and higher authorities..and it could very well mean leading others to Christ..."they went door to door searching for those willing to do the work"...kinda sounds like the Jehovah Witness...lol.

it means that prince does have an appreciation for james brown.
he used to say: "if you dont work, you cant eat. you gotta have a job to have food on the table."

she' doing fine. actually I am working with her and we are planning to take her on the road together with former james brown singers martha high and lyn collins. aka the funky divas. looking for somebody to finance the tour though.

The Work refers to spreading the truth which tends to be confusing as it requires one to first know it.
