Funkadelic Remasters

I was at Tower Records today and found Imports of the Funkadelic Remasters. Funkadelic, Maggot Brain, Free Your Mind....., America Eats Its Young, Lets Take it to the stage.
Does anyone know if and when the US versions will be released?
Peace and Love!

Nope. Buy 'em all. Free your wallet and your bankruptcy notice will follow.
There are three sides to every story. My side, your side, and the truth. And no one is lying. Memories shared serve each one differently

They're crap. Don't buy 'em. All the extras were taken from the B sides collection MUSIC FOR YOUR MOTHER and spread ou to respective sessions often with bad edits.

No sonic improvements. It's a foreign pressing. Some Euro company is sneaking around with Armen Boladian pimping the funk from the same old masters with extra crap he's already put out. It does have essays and photos for the novices.

nod again...agree

Better off getting the 'Music For My Mother' compilation, for the x-tra bonuses..

Sound quality is better....

And find the others without the bonus tracks....

Although , 'Free Your Mind & Your Ass Will Follow' & 'Funkadelic', could use some improvement..hmmm

No doubt, but this ain't the reissue pgm that was doing it.
This is just a rip-off. Plain & simple.

Odd replies, I've heard good things about these reissues until now. Everyone raving about how they sound like the master tapes instead of those fifth-generation ones transfered to CD over ten years ago.
