One of my favorite soundtracks isn't for a movie but for a TV movie, Gia. One of Terence Blanchard's best.

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

I have several, but if I can only pick one, it would have to be Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I want this soundtrack so bad. I keep forgetting to pick it up though. doh!
(not that I don't have all the Zeppelin songs anyway, but I want everything else that's on it as well biggrin ) I love that it's one of the few movies that Zeppelin actually let use their music be used in. nod Isn't there about 5 of their songs in it? hmmm

lol !! It was a Jazz- meets-easy listening Soundtrack that Henry Mancini did for a late 50's TV series--chronologically, after Peter Gunn, but before The Pink Panther....

This is the only african cd i got. Whole soundtrack is sung in african. (one song by teddy p) Lebo M worked with hans zimmer (who a few years after this film, did some nice work for "the lion king") and this is a pure joy.

Check it out. Hans zimmer usually does well and in particular, he creates an awesome album here.
