I rather read the news than watch it. I love the NY Times, as it keeps the pictures low and the journalism high.

I love any newspaper that lets the news do the talking, instead of forcing their own opinion on you.

The NY Times is also heavy on journalism; actual writing makes the nws tangible.

It always surprises me that some people aren't interested in current affairs. I know a few people who NEVER read/watch the news.
