Does anybody have any idea of why India.Arie was first listed as a celebration performer and then her name disappeared from the list of performers?

The Grammys have a lot of Stiffs and she should have won some AWARDS. I think they are not ready for her yet and she doesn't fit into their Image of Beautiful but she is! I really like her music and she has a positive image! Get her back?? PLease?

yeah magazines that target black people. you don't she her on the cover of teen people or glamour for that matter. she is not what white people would call pretty, but miss keys is.

I don't give a shit about miss keys either, I am no saying that black mags are less then white ones. I am just saying that the media feels that alicia keys is most marketable to a wider audience i.e. white people because she is lighter and has a white mom. To be honest with you I love india Arie. I think that she is very pretty. But I think that I am in the minority when saying that. I am black and a lot of my friends say that she in not attractive because of her features.

please you are just turning my words around. I never said that there is anything wrong with her features. All I said is that many people beside you and I think that she is not pretty. That was a grammy issue of entertainment weekly and guess who was on the cover with her.
