Is this even out in the US yet? I looked on Amazon.com, and they only have an import listed. I've also not seen it in any record stores.

Of course, I've still not found a way to justify the purchase to myself. I own both "Substance" and "The Best of New Order" and still don't have Low Life, Brotherhood, or Get Ready.

Do you have Retro? I really love that for the organization, booklet, artwork and remastering. Good stuff.

I'm a sucker for edits, so this comp is right up my alley. When I'm making me own Best Of's, I like to cram on as many tracks as possible, and including the versions that got played on radio only makes sense. So that's why I want this.

I've seen it listed everywhere for a release date of October 3/4, but of all the places I tried finding it yesterday, none even had it listed in their computers. sad

I love electro but I think Ladytron are a bit bland. If you end up getting this cd let me know how it is. I thought the last one was a bit weak.

how do you fully appreciate that quantity of music in a week? I bought Barbra Streisand's Guilty Pleasures two weeks ago and Stevie Wonder's A Time To Love last week. Those two brilliant albums will keep me busy for a couple of months.

that is a good question, and it's difficult to absorb it all... I tend to buy on average 2 to 3 new CDs a week, sometimes quite a bit more. I usually put them all onto my iPod as a "new releases" playlist, and listen to them that way. But I really should cut down and focus a bit more on what i already have... but there are always so many new releases to get!!!!

I find it takes me a good 2 weeks with a new CD to form a lasting opinion of the music - listening to Prince for all of these years taught me that. Sometimes songs that catch me on the first play get old fast while songs I don't pay attention to the first time grow on me and become favorites.
