YES! I recall that too. As far as I know it was the first time she did so I had heard of. I heard that she wasn't the first to lift that Drum Sample though...it was Book of Love's Alice Everyday, if I remember correctly. Someone told me she ripped it from them but I don't think they knew where it came from originally.

For one, Europe supported "American Life"....America, not so much. That might be it.... I don't think she favors them that much. Consider the fact that when she tours, she comes here first (right?). Also, the fact that she still releases maxi singles proves she still loves her fans. I'd be surprised if she didn't release one for "Hung Up", even though the genre is pretty much dead.

Seriously, I thought it was a terrible idea but it works. Sounds good. I don't see Madonna becoming Puffy. I don't think this will be common for her. However, "Bedtime Stories" did use lots of samples ("Erotica" had it's fair share, I believe) but they were far more subtle.

According to the current listings of Warner Music Group, the bonus track will be called "FIGHTING SPIRIT".

Details about the Limited Edition have not been announced yet, but it is understood that it will contain a one-month introductory membership to Madonna's fan club.

Warner has also changed the release date for the album's Limited Edition, that is now set for December 13 2005.

"Confessions" will be released as CD, LP, Limited Edition CD and Digital Music Download.
The album will receive a massive TV and print advertising campaign, and street, online and club marketing will be extensive.
