I can honestly say that, like Pali said above, there are countless bands/artists that I never would have known about or checked out if this forum didn't exist. I love it here. I think I'll move in. Me too. I used to hit most of the forums on here. But more and more, I use up all my posts on this forum alone. It's worth it though. I know what you mean. I always forget that other forums like Associated Artists, Prince, etc. exist. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

I'll sometimes dip my toes in the GD or Prince forums, but some of the others I used to visit like P&R and site discussion, I just can't be bothered with anymore.

You certainly have some of the most individual and in depth taste on here. And you like Kylie.

I love this forum too and spend most of my limited computer time here. The list of gotta have's grows every time I read what you all recommend. Thanks everyone for the enlightenment. It's definitely an addiction. I'm constantly running out of replies.

What, do I not count in this music forum? I haven't heard a single mention of my name yet. I may be a slave to the "Wave", but that's definitely not where it ends. [Edited 10/5/05 9:53am] NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.

I'll shamelessly nominate myself as well. My musical tastes are very ecclectic; - Classic/Lite Rock (Rolling Stones, Simon & Garfunkel, Elton John..) - Mexican Rancheras (mostly the classics, none of the "Norteño" stuff) - 80's Dance (any House or Freestyle) - Reggaeton (Tego Calderon & Nina Sky in particular) - R&B (from Brothers Johnson to Keith Sweat to Maxwell & 112) - Cumbia (both classics and new stuff from Kumbia Kings & Celso Piña) - Spanish Rock (such as Los Fabulosos Cadilacs & Manà) - Merengue (mostly the older stuff) - Disco (less today than 5 years ago actually) - Rhumba/Salsa (Celia Cruz and Johnny Pacheco rule!) ...and other stuff I can't think of right now... By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!
