Culture Club They really were pretty damn good. I saw some live stuff they did, and they were a wonderful band. Too bad that bandmember died of aids. sad. Boy George really was a wonderful soul singer. All you others say Hell Yea!!  | |

Nope, nobody has passed away. Their sometime keyboardist, Michael Rudetski, died in a scandalous drug binge with George, but that's it. Culture Club gets much love here and for good reason - they're one of the best pop bands ever. Sweet vocals, great music and a whole mess of memorable R&B-tinged pop tunes. I've said it before, but it's always worth repeating - Time (Clock of the Heart) is one of the best songs of the 80s. Beautiful! | |

For the past couple of days, I've been copying everything to the clipboard before I hit PREVIEW POST or POST RESPONSE so that I don't lose it to the Org gremlins.  | |

Culture Club probably crafted some of the best Pop tunes of the 80's. I place Boy George right under the top 3...MJ, Madonna and Prince.
My favorit album would have to be the first one. It still holds up in sound, and hasn't dated itself too much.Christian Zombie Vampires | |
