These are soundboards, official recordings put out by Tori herself. They sound beautiful.

she knows that bootlegs make their way around and she's said as much during her sets. i think this was her way of saying "hey, look, i know you love the bootlegs so let me give you some really great quality shows." she's just cool like that. if only a little purple fellow would follow that lead...

It's always a difficult choice when I have time to listen to only one disc! [Edited 10/2/05 19:24pm] moonsongs, i am so down with you here! cruel is far from one of my favorite tori tracks but life, on this recording, man it is just hardcore! towards the end when she's all "tear it out and tear it out and tear it out again!" i just bout lose my mind! have you ever noticed the long hissing sounds she makes with almost all her S's on that live disc? its very creepy. I have heard that ~ just adds to the evil ecstacy Music is the language of the spirit. It opens the secret of life bringing peace, abolishing strife. --Kahlil Gibran

Blood Roses has always been impossible for me to come within 79 feet of but after hearing it in Toronto ~ WOW!!!! Music is the language of the spirit. got my cds this afternoon. between school and work i have not had time to sit and listen and digest. i have listened to some and i can say that the little amsterdam performance from denver is A-MAY-ZING! i also think her performance of the beekeeper from the same show is the best version i've heard from any night on this tour...and i've heard about 50 versions of the song! at just over 11 minutes its also the longest performance of the song that i've heard.
i'm already dying to know what the next two cds will be!
