a-ha "Celice" video debuts...but could be banned Well a-ha one of the last creative VIDEO bands are possibly going to get banned in their hometown of Norway. A-ha's new Single "Celice" has gotten high praise in Europe and now a Video has debuted, sort of, A-ha once again is the talk around town because of a Video, obviously famous for Vids like "take on me", A-ha also ran into some controversy over their 2000 video for the single "VELVET" which featured the members of A-ha DEAD and in the morgue as nurses would try "revive" them Sexually, the Video won best Video of the Year awards through europe. Well once again "CELICE" is getting the same type of "talk" around europe but its only helping getting the Word of AHA out there, hopefully it will carry to America which still has yet to confirm a November 8th Release date. A-ha's Single for CELICE hits stores October 4th in Europe and Import shops here in USA, the CD ANALOGUE will hit stores NOVEMBER 7th. A-ha has 25 Booked tour dates in places like Greece, Norway, London, and Germany, with a tour of the US coming in Spring 2006. The New CD produced by FLOOD features a ROCKIER A-ha than ever before, so far I have heard 4 tracks from the CD and its already the best CD i have heard this year, and the most "FULL" a-ha has sounded ever. A-ha is signed now to UNIVERSAL in the USA for 3 new CDs and tours, for an undisclosed 7 figure deal.

so what's the new video about?
are the A-Ha members taking turns trying to "revive" nurse Celice on a stainless steel table in the morgue?  and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

Well actually I havent seen the Video, Im waiting for a DVD copy to arrive from Norway along with their Concert that they played 3 weeks that was televised on Norway TV. I have seen pictures from the Video BUT they are just shots of the Band playing, the Video is said to have references to TAKE ON ME and in some parts the AHA members are thrown into Psychedelic Animation, but the Video is said to Hit a few Nerves, since it touches on Crimes and the Dark sides of People that we tend to look at. Once again AHA use the Video as an art form which is the way it was intended, anyone can make a video with a Bunch of Hot girls and Gold chains and Shit like that, or some lame stuff like Good charolette or one of those other crap bands of today.
