Biggie is definitly NOT overrated. He was the savior of east coast hip hop in the mid 90s. His flow, his swagger, his influence was unmatched for its time.

Biggie was one of the best. All of you saying he's not, how much of his music did you actually listen to? Even read his lyrics? Biggie had an excellent flow with a voice that has not been matched. Except kinda by Shyne but that's a different thread.
