I even bought it giggle

Spaceman I always wanted you to go
Into space man (intergalactic Christ)

Yeah, I also loved it. For a while... then it got overplayed... But I heard it again the other day, and it's still kind of good, I think. biggrin

Other one hit wonder faves of mine:

Breakfast Club - "Right on Track"
Tasmin Archer - "Sleeping Satellite" (she's made a few albums, but I think that's her only big hit).

Never heard anything else of them so I guess they're a 1 hit wonder

I have their first album... it's pretty good... When Weezer lost Matt Sharp they pretty much lost their charm (for me at least)... neutral

Anita Ward's 1979 hit "Ring My Bell" was HUGE.In the summer of '79,this song ruled the airwaves. She's great.I saw her in concert several years ago.She appeared at one of our annual Old School R&B concerts.Because she only had one real hit to sing, she padded out her show with a cover of Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive".But when she launched into "Ring My Bell",it was standing-room only.

Okay, but I've only heard William Hung's version.

Most one hit wonders have second hits, like Rockwell & "Obscene Phone Caller," but twenty years from now, when they compile the late 90's hits, it will be all bout Livin' La Vida Loca for old time's sake.

One of my favorite Simpsons lines:

Willie Nelson:"Thank you Taco, for that loving tribute to Falco. And now to present the award for most violent rap group..."

But I like Young Frankenstein's version the best.

No. "Mama Used To Say" and "Too Late" were from his first album, "JI". "Unison" came out in 1984 and was on the "All The Right Moves" movie soundtrack. "Yes (If You Want Me)" came out in 1988 on his "Sophisticated Street" album.
