I was sailing on my yacht the other day and I thought about my former partner and what is left of his career. With my new album "The Emancipation of Andy" coming out in the next couple of months, and the huge rush of press and adulation that will go with it, down and out Georgie will probably feel pretty bad about the state of his increasingly sorry career. The jig is up, my friend. Georgie has become old and tired and people have become bored with you. Let me analyze his career a bit to let you know how it all fell apart.

Okay, after I broke up Wham! Geore had a little luck at first. "Faith", his first solo album that lacked my input, sold a few copies. There were a lot of rip-offs. Half the songs on the album were Prince rip-offs, the other half were Queen rip-offs. If there were an artist named King he would have ripped him off too. In this project, Georgie threw away the godawful short shorts he always insisted we wear and put on ripped jeans, a ridiculous leather jacket, and three days beard stubble. Georgie as motorcycle rebel?! I laughed my arse off at some of those videos because I knew many times I had beaten him up without breaking a sweat.

Then Georgie got all shy. No videos, low key press for his next project "Listen Without Prejudice Volume I". Georgie now all the sudden wanted to bite the hand that fed his chubby little tummy. The songs were passable but the project tanked. There was no clamoring for Volume II and he never did release one.

Then he went through various house music phases and duets phases and suing the record company because he wanted more money phases. When he wasn't up Mr. Elton John's bum, he was committing sacrilige by trying to front Queen for the irreplaceable Freddie Mercury. He released several more whiny ballad filled albums that went nowhere. He cut his hair, shaved, and then grew mutton chops.

And then...

He cheated on his boyfriend, that nice enough bloke from Texas, with a cop in a loo. Enough said about that.

And now, here he is. Washed up. No one talking about him. No posters hanging up on the walls of teenage girls.
