Concerts This Weekend Who are you going to check out this weekend?
On Saturday I'm going to the Soul Festival in Concord at the Chronicle Pavilion featuring: New Edition (Only seen them once and that was back in 1988, so I'm really excited) Tony Toni Tone (Pride of da Bay) Will Downing LaToya London Sunday in SF in Golden Gate Park is the Now & Zen festival featuring: Maroon 5 (feat.Simon Le Bon and John Taylor of Duran Duran) Billy Idol Josh Kelley Natasha Bedingfield "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

That's a full plate of shows.
Last weekend I saw Regina Spektor (9/15) and Le Tigre (9/18). Next weekend is Bebel Gilberto (9/30). No concerts this weekend though. I plan on staying in and rewatching the 'Firefly' series on DVD in preparation for the upcoming 'Serenity' film. | |

But recently I've been to Tori Amos (thrice), Rolling Stones, Sigur Ros and Ani Difranco. Good stuff! | |

I've been to around 20 shows this year so far with maybe 10 more to go before the year is over. Too many concerts this year. | |

The Selecter is playing here in Den Haag on Sunday, but I don't think I'll go. I don't know anyone here who likes ska.
