But, I poop on the rest of their music. And I poop on Joe Walsh for joining the Eagles. He was too good for them. I'm going to send you "Hotel California" on MP3 tomorrow. A hundred times. I'll have you blocked. It's a jungle out there.

Led Zeppelin and Queen are too different to compare. I prefer May over Page and Mercury over Plant, but Queen made alotta shit, Zep never really made a bad album, Zep is the superior band.

Never listened to/explored: Husker Du Donnie Hathaway Rakim Television The Ramones--obviously I know some stuff pretty well Queen--same as above Boomtown Rats Creem Yardbirds Faces The Stone Roses--isn't one album supposed to be a classic? I heard one later song & hated it. T-Rex Tori Amos You mean Cream? Get Disraeli Gears And get into T. Rex now!* *see above post Oops! I thought "Creem" looked funny. Is that the magazine title? Never heard much XTC. Seems like dying young didn't help Marc Bolan's legend grow as much as others. I'll probably have to get some T-Rex now. Check this song out at:

He had released a few not so hot records before the car crash. "Metal Guru" is one the best singles I've ever heard by anybody.

Rex, I think they may be an acquired taste for some. You have to love that classic glam rock sound, although the more you listen, you realize that they go much deeper than that actually. And Marc Bolan's voice is like a little elf. I still love them though. They have a very unique sound.
